Eclogite

It is a rare combination stone comprising pink/red almandine and pyrope Garnet in a green, sodium-rich pyroxene matrix. It's used to heal emotional trauma, help one express love and become more aware of what one's heart needs.

This stone is associated with the Heart Chakra, and it provides balance to this chakra, so we can better express what we think or feel. During meditation, use this crystal when you want to speak directly to the Heart Chakra to help rid emotional wounds, fears, and resentment.
